Lady Louise's A-List Life

 What sign should you date

I did this quiz, here are my results:

Your best match is a Gemini, Libra, or Aquarius

Why? You crave excitement and playful banter
Only an Air Sign can match your wit - and keep you on your toes
As for fun, an Air Sign guy will show you plenty? with tons of surprises
Just be sure to introduce him to some new playful experiences as well

(Well this isn't right, I'm as happy as I could be with my Saggitarius man)

Go do the Quizand tell me what your results are... I'm sure it works the other way if you blokies fancy doing it to!

Waspy belts, Longford Fayre and the meeting of two pooches

Well people, another busy weekend in Lady Louville! It went by rather fast… and unfortunately it seems that the nice spell of weather we were having has sadly departed! :o( Back to grey, and rain, wind and cold! Good old Britain!

Right then, Friday! Friday after work I met my mum in town where I bought 2 lovely new belts, they are those waspy elastic ones which pull your waist right in, one is green and very wide, the other red and narrower! I just love the effect, being a curvy gal they give me a more hourglass like figure… I’m tempted to try wearing one all the time to see if I can train my waist in! People do that you know, they do it with corsets. What a fab shape? The only problem is it usually ends up that your body becomes dependant on the corset and that means you store up lower back problems and digestive problems… mind you, that is an enviable shape to have!

Right, so after town, it was gym time with SweetP… There was a Christina Aguilera special on the TVs on the exercise bikes at the gym, I think she is fantastic! I love her new look, I really wish I could get my hair that blonde, but it just would wreck my hair and I’d probably look all wrong because I’m so tall!

Finally I got home, back to mums and SweetP came back too to watch a video… I must’ve been tired because I can’t quite remember what the video was hmmm!

Saturday, once I had finally dragged myself out of bed, we were all going to the Longford Village Fayre, in the park. Peter arrived with Pru his dog, but we still can’t take Bailey out because of his vaccinations, but he’ll be able to go out at the end of this week, he can’t wait, I can tell! Anyway, we all went off walking to the fayre, the weather was changeable :o( At the fayre though, they had various stalls, one being a wildlife rescue place. Anyway, they had a fox which they had rescued, she was so beautiful, I don’t think I have ever been that close to a fox before, we even got to stroke her! I expected her coat to be rough and coarse, but it wasn’t, it was the softest fur I have ever felt… seeing the beautiful little creature close up like that, I could never ever wear a fox fur coat! They are such beautiful animals. We pottered around the rest of the fayre, bought some books, and then went to watch the dog’s flyball. That was a mistake, you see Pru isn’t particularly tolerant of other dogs… in fact, she’s a bit of an anti social dog where other dogs are concerned… so as we all stood watching the dogs do their thing, Pru took to barking viciously at every poor dog that ran past… imagine the shame when the organiser of the flyball walked our way and asked SweetP “Could you take the Airedale away please, she’s upsetting our dogs” We did so… but what an asbo dog!!!! So you can imagine my concern when she was coming home to meet Bailey for the first time. She’s massive, he’s tiny, she’s a fighting/hunting breed, he’s a lapdog… hmmm, this wasn’t going to be pretty. Bailey was behind his baby gate in the kitchen, so we brought Pru in on her lead… Bailey wasn’t too pleased at first that this strange dog was in his house, he barked (although when he barks he sounds more like a cockerel than a dog… bless), but I think eventually he thought better of arguing with Pru… so we put him on his lead too and took them both out into the back garden! It seemed to go fine, and they seemed to like eachother! Phew, that went well!

Peter went, and then mum and I went to have a look around some shops, get some dog food and take a kettle back! I found a little time to pick the wild blackberries that are growing in the garden, I plan on making them into a jam!

Fitting in a little dinner, we bundled Bailey into the car, and the three of us went off to SweetPs house, his children were back from holiday and it seems such a long time since I have seen them! We had decided it would be a good thing to allow the dogs to meet again, and imagine the look of joy on Peter’s daughters face when little Bailey turned up in his little yellow coat! Bailey was cautious of Pru, and Pru asserted her authority, but all in all, as exhausting as the evening was it went well… although Bailey did have a piddle in the back of the car on the way home! He really isn’t used to cars at all, that really has to change before we go off to the Lake District in 2 weeks time! I keep taking him out in it to get him used to it!

I slept well Saturday night, not sure I have been that tired in a long time!

Sunday, after cleaning the back of my car, Peter and the children came to pick me up. We did a spot of shopping and the children were pleased with my speedy food shopping style over that of Peter… I’d say that’s our big difference! Food shopping, what do you reckon Sweet P?

After shopping it was back to Peter’s… while the children watched Big Brother, I cooked us a bread and butter pudding and together Peter and I cooked a fine Sunday dinner, while dancing together to the soft Celtic chill out album Peter was playing! It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon before going home to get ready for work the next day….. and here I am, although I won’t be soon because I’m off to London for a meeting! Must get a postcard to send to my penfriend in America! Only 5 more days to the weekend!
