We had a great night lastnight, Sweet p and I went to the flicks to see ‘Miami vice’. Plus points of this before I even got there was that it stars Colin Farrell. Grrr. Anyway, both Sweet P and I thought it was really good. It stuck to basically the original formula of the Miami Vice programmes, but was updated (that is they didn’t have roll up sleeves and plimsolls on). It was fairly fast moving despite being a long film, and had something for everyone, posh fast cars, good looking men, good looking women, violence and a wee bit of sex. I wanted to see it because I thought it would be a bit kitsch, but it wasn’t really. I’d recommend it!
Also at the pictures there was a trailer for ‘world trade centre’ … with that at the forefront of the mind, it seems that the UK has now been put on
Critical alert for security, with the airports now going a bit chaotic… it just makes me sick that these people seem intent on blowing up innocent people, it also makes you half afraid to go about your daily business. Why can’t people just get on with life? Appreciate their own religions? Tolerate others and embrace diversity? It’s so single minded that people think they need to kill and mame and do all the other atrocities which they seem to be doing!
